V1 with ST-elevation or isoelectric is concerning for Right Ventricle (RV) involvement.
V2 with ST-depression is concerning for RV involvement.

First signs of inferior infarct may be ST-depressions or T-wave inversions in leads I or aVL.
Inferior infarcts can involve also the Right Ventricle or Posterior infarct.
Concerning associated symptoms with chest pain: sweating, vomiting, radiation of pain.
